7. Procedure for consideration of claims and disputes

7.1. The Customer's claims for the services provided are accepted by the Contractor for consideration by e-mail within 3 (working) days from the moment of the dispute.

7.2. When considering disputable situations The Contractor has the right to request from the Customer all the necessary documentation regarding the event in question. If the Customer fails to provide documents within 1 business day after the day of the claim, the claim is not subject to consideration by the Contractor.

7.3. The Contractor and the Customer, taking into account the nature of the service provided, undertake to apply a pre-trial dispute settlement procedure in case of disputes and disagreements related to the provision of services. If it is impossible to settle the dispute in a pre-trial manner, the parties have the right to apply to the court.

8. Other conditions

8.1. The Customer has all the rights and powers necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Contract.

8.2. The Customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Contractor's services at any time. In case of unilateral refusal of the Customer from the Contractor's services, the payment made is not refunded, but can be transferred to another service.

8.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change or supplement any of the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting all changes on its website.

8.4. In all matters not regulated by this Agreement, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.5. The court's recognition of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement and the rules does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
